Here are our 10 top tips for #teamsja runners to kick off training and see some quick gains! 1) Find your bubble - Surround yourself with positive people and look to training with friends sharing the same goal or even join a local running club. Having a group to motivate and support each other will help keep you out running when the weather gets tough!
