AN INTRODUCTION TO DRILLS

We are asked all the time about technique and how you can become a more efficient and less injury prone runner. The truth is injury prevention, biomechanics and efficient running technique is a hugely individual topic. We all have our own areas of strength and areas for development and a 1-2-1 session with a coach, physiotherapist or biomechanics expert could be a wise investment. We do however believe that you should spend some time each week working on some drills, strides and technique work and on this page we will collate some videos and advice relevant to all runners...
