On this page we will be collating some of the key conditioning exercises we feel runners should aim to include in their training. All exercises are demonstrated by 2016 European Triathlon Champion India Lee, Race for Life head coach Helen O'Hara, cross country runner Mel Wilkins as well as Nick and Tom. Aim to complete 45-75 seconds of each exercises and complete 3-4 sets. Aim for 2-3 sessions a week.
