Our training plans, advice, tips and articles can be seen across the UK and European national and trade press. Having been coaching editors for both Runners World and Men's and Women's Running Magazines RunningwithUs coaches are highly in demand as fitness experts and writers. In addition to printed press we are the coaching consultants to our charities and brands and also provide race commentary for major broadcasters including Eurosport and Star Television in India.
Nick Anderson: With over 25 years running experience, Nick is a graduate in Science & Management of Health & Fitness, a UKA level 4 endurance coach, a qualified nutritionist and sports therapy practitioner. Nick has been a England Athletics flying coach & manages GB squads for events such as the World Half Marathon Championships. Having coached hundreds of athletes from beginners through to olympians Nick is one of Europe's most highly respected coaches. Nick is former England Marathon Lead and England Regional Coaching Lead for the South.
Andy Parkinson: Andy brings over 27 years of coaching experience from a variety of sports. He has an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and gained accreditation as a BASES Sport and Exercise Scientist. Working with athletes across a wide range of abilities and experience, from club level to Para-Olympics, Andy has helped them manage the mental aspects of their performance. He understands the challenges athletes face balancing training and performance with other commitments. He is an active member of Winchester and District AC, running all distances from 5k to the marathon. Andy is a level 3 Personal Trainer and UKA Endurance Group coach.
Siobhan Rootes: Siobhan is one of the UK's leading female coaches, with extensive experience working with runners across the UK. As an athlete, coach, personal trainer, business woman and mother, Siobhan's dynamic and real approach makes her a hugely influential voice with everyday runners with a fantastic track record of success. Siobhan is a UKA Running coach and level 3 Personal Trainer.
Mel Weir: Elite athlete, coach and personal trainer, Mel has previously run for Wales and is the Edinburgh Marathon winner 2019
