Experienced

So you have run plenty of races and maybe belong to a club. You love running but have perhaps hit a plateau and want to move on. You are driven by performance and want to race, achieve new personal bests but know that you probably need to investigate some new areas to compliment your training and racing. This could include anything from looking at the mental strategies required for racing to planning and periodising the year ahead. Should I do this session at the club or run this workout I have just read about? These are all of the common worries and decisions an experienced runner faces.

Put quite simply, you regard yourself as a serious athlete and want to train a little more like the elites but have a busy working life or family to balance along the way.

Well we help athletes just like yourself all of the time. Maybe its to run a new marathon pb or improve that 5k over a series of races. Whatever the goals, we will help you. Nothing the elite athletes do is rocket science, infact most of it is common sense with clever but simple training approaches and great planning. This is combined with training at the right intensities, health checks, the right conditioning work and optimal nutrition.

With top coaching from Runningwithus and maybe the odd referral to our panel of leading Sports Science experts we can move you to the next level.

So this is performance coaching made simple and accessible to you! Click here for all our coaching options and pricing.

My debut half marathon was the Great North Run in 2005 which I finished… Read More
