First run of the year and it has to be the TADWORTH 10mls, I,m not sure why I do it as it’s such hard work. Anyway it was bright and sunny, cold wind. As usual a lot of pushing at the start, soon you start the hills, nice drop down then up again down to the finish, only you have to go round again. Well could,t believe it I did a PB for this run. 1.28.46 . Good start to the year. All the best for 2012 .
