Fabulous news Ben and much deserved mate. You are a great ambassador for the company, the sport and yourself. Plenty of miles run every week, big ambitions and all balanced alongside a busy full time career. Well done and make sure you book those fortnightly MOT’s with Paul now. Crack on with booking Kenya and joining Tom out there. We certainly look forward to seeing you out in the Algarve for a few weeks with Martin and the gang! 2.12 has to be the target…….and Scott is an inspiration to you all.

The nurse said more than 5 beats higher than normal and I should rest! To be honest I took 3 days off and then felt so much better. A few easy runs to ease back into the week and then all was ok. So rest if you feel rough, chesty, have a sore throat or the resting HR is higher than 5 beats up on normal. Thanks for asking Sue ………and it wasn’t man flu!!

In reply to - suewatson posted an update: I hope you are feeling better, Nick. What rise in pulse will be acceptable for nurse to let you have your running shoes back? ( remember that arguing will only make it higher) · View
