      needless to say I was the only one participating after the Saturday night, I ran from Sandling near Aylresford, I think it was Bluebell Hill I ran over, it was pretty steep, great view from the top

    I agree Nick, I’m well aware that i eat loads more than some of my running friends who do similar amounts of training to me but I’m no bigger than them and I’m happy because I’m not constantly worrying about how much I can eat.

    Hi Julie, it was tough but a great course. Xc is for everyone and is always friendly and very rewarding so don’t worry! Just make sure you’ve got spikes or studs to get you through the mud.
