Ok so this may seem an odd question but how many of you wear proper sport running knickers vs uh just the running pants bs something else? Got some new running leggings – Nike- same as I usually wear but last 2 races I’ve ended up with some rather sore areas…..now, not sure if that’s just because I’m working harder than ever before and sweating more, or whether these running pants are maybe not as good as my other lot. So, just wondered what most of you women do to avoid the ole chafe problem!
