I’m injured at the moment (peroneal tendonitis suspected) and am having to cross train – cycle and pool run. I heard that Lucy knows some good pool running sessions to do??
Missing the running so much but if I have to look a fool then I want to make it count! Thankfully I have an Army pool at work where lots of the trainee soldiers also have to do pool running when they get injured, so I don’t look like a complete idiot most of the time…
