In the top white section of each member’s profile, click the ‘request friendship’ blue button. They will receive a notification and will have to accept your request.

Do Nick&Phoebe answer questions?
Yes, we are around most days and will answer questions on the forums and be available for online chats.
Can I ask questions specific to my training plan?
Yes if you want and the question is pretty generic, but its probably best to ask these by normal email if personal, especially as we check our emails via blackberry all day.
Can I send a private message to another member?
Please do! Find the member on the members’ directory, or using the search bar and go to their profile page by clicking on their name or avatar. In the top white section of their profile, click ‘send private message’
Can I start a new discussion?
Sure! We encourage anyone to start a new discussion; you can do so by going to the forums’ directory: scroll down and use the ‘Add a new topic’ box. The TITLE will be your discussion topic, and the CONTENT will be the first post in the new discussion (both have to be filled in or you will get an error message).
I receive too many email notifications! / I receive no email notifications!
You can change your email notifications preferences anytime by going to top menu MY ACCOUNT > SETTINGS > NOTIFICATIONS and adjusting your preferences.
