We are the personal training partners of Running4Women, the UK’s number one womens running community. We offer training plans, personal advice and our coaching services to this busy running network. Together we share our articles and knowledge to provide the best service to each of our audiences.

We are pleased to announce three training days as training partners for Running4Women. These will take place this summer in London and Cardiff where you can join Phoebe, Nick and the runningwithus team for a day of training, top tips, advice on training, nutrition and to have all of your running questions answered.
