Our coaching philosophy is built around a few simple concepts. We have always wanted to empower the runner to understand their own training and to make the right choices. An athlete who understands what’s required, believes in the journey and sets their own goals has taken responsibility. Our role is to assist you along the way with top support, guidance and our experience. We are all incredibly enthusiastic personalities within Runningwithus and whatever level of runner you are we want you to enjoy every moment of your training.
Perhaps our strongest belief is that it’s not just about the running and what you execute within your training session that impacts on the final result but also hugely to do with how we live the other 22-23 hours within the day. Encouraging small lifestyle changes can have a major impact on achieving targets. We therefore definitely look at the holistic elements such as nutrition, rest, injury prevention and creating a healthy platform from which to launch the training. Its a hands on coaching style where communication is key in making sure we can help you reach your goals.
